You would never believe my roundtrip ticket from LAS to HKG was only $476 on www.tripsta.com! I first flew from LAS to SFO, had a 4 hour delay, then SFO to HKG on Hong Kong Airlines, which I highly recommend to fly HKA (Hong Kong Airlines)! They had unlimited juices and water in the back of the plane, along with apples and snacks!

One of the first things you should get when you land in HK, is a refillable octopus card which is found at any 7-Eleven, its used for the MTR (Mass Transit Railway) and also use as payment for any major malls and grocery chains.

On the first day we took a trip up to VICTORIA PEAK via Uber. YES, Hong Kong has Uber which was relatively cheap. Most of our rides were under $10 USD to get around from point A to B.

Victoria Peak was a great way to get a birds eye view of the city of Hong Kong. Be sure to check the weather because often times its foggy and won't be able to see the city. On the way down we took the tram which costed about $5.00 USD.

MAK MAN KEE (Michelin star restaurant) had great beef brisket noodle which were so tasty and cheap! We ordered the shrimp won ton and choi sum which were tasty as well! For 2 bowls of noodles and choi sum, it came out to be $7.53 USD.

For dessert we stoped by HUI LAN SHAN which was right next to Mak Man Kee.

We ordered the freshly brewed mango pudding drink. Definitely a stop for the mango lover! Even though it was sweet it wasn't densely sweet.

One interesting thing I tried was herbal tea. You can find it at almost every corner in HK but you are warned now, it is not delicious. Herbal, bitter, murky and muddy tasting all at the same time! 🤢
