I ATE RAMEN FOR A WHOLE WEEK!

If you guys are following my social media (http://www.instagram.com/savorwithmel) then you would know that I snapped ramen everyday for one week about 2 weeks ago! I'm pretty sure I ingested a years worth of sodium within that week! lol Watch the video below as I suck down on some noodles!
Can you guess which was my favorite?

(^ABOVE^) SHOYU RAMEN WITH BLACK GARLIC OIL
If you guessed RAMEN HASHI! You are on the money! I just loved how clean the broth was, it didn't leave you feeling heavy after eating it. In a way it tasted "fresh" like...it was freshly made on the spot! The bamboo shoots had a hint of sweetness to them and the black garlic oil is fire!

(^ABOVE^) NIKU SOBA RAMEN
2ND runner up was for sure ICHIDDO RAMEN, the niku ramen was a tonkotsu base (pork base) it was elegantly light and came with sautéed pork and onions which were a great contrast to the broth!

3RD runner up was RAMEN KOBO. Completely different from the first 2 as in flavor profile wise. Their ramen is so heavy and dense. I actually started to sweat from the hotness level that I chose!
