I recently ate at SUGARCANE located in RESTAURANT ROW IN VENETIAN. The ambience had an old Havana style to it. I must say it was pretty tasty here, lots of different flavor profiles and none of the dishes tasted the same! They have 2 other locations in Miami and Brooklyn as well, so you live around there be sure to check them out. The Vegas location also has a fabulous happy hour from 4pm-7pm and 11pm-close daily for those of you not wanting to spend them scripts. I had about 10 dishes/cocktails here but these these were by far my favorite!

GARDEN ESSENCE (^ABOVE^) If there is one thing you guys should know about me is that my favorite spirit is gin! The Garden Essence was refreshing and not too sweet. It has a little bit of lemon juice, peppercorn syrup and Botanist Gin! Topped off with basil and black pepper.

PIG EAR PAD THAI (^ABOVE^) Not like your traditional pad Thai, this came with no noodles. There's crispy pig ears tossed in, what it seemed like a tamarind sauce, garnished with a papaya salad and micro green. Crunchy and tangy, it went well with the Garden Essence.

WAGYU BEEF CARPACCIO (^ABOVE^) Slices of the wagyu were about the thickness of a nickel. Topped off with kimchee pickles, kaiware sprouts and a black garlic aioli! It literally tasted like Korean BBQ rolled into your mouth!

7OZ SKIRT STEAK (^ABOVE^) First of all, my goodness the steak was so damn tender and juicy. As you can tell from the photo above, the juice is seeping out of the skirt. It was topped off with chimichurri (An Argentinian pesto made up of minced garlic, parsley, dried oregano, olive oil, onion and vinegar) served along with a side salad.
